Vista Recreation (formerly known as RRM, CLM and RRM-CLM Services) has a strong focus on growing our Company. In the past few years, we have more than doubled in size and increased to over 600 outdoor locations nationwide! Become an MIT (Manager in Training):
Open August 15th through November 15th

Consistent with our commitment to promoting from within, Vista Recreation has developed a program focused on the identification, application, training, and ongoing support of new managers. Training is comprised of online and in-person training and includes leadership development skills, operational procedure awareness, and managing the employment life cycle. The application for the Manager-In-Training Program is available from August 15 through November 15 each year. Please make sure to sign up for our newsletter to be alerted when the application is available.
